Dr. Omar Moore, MD is a board-certified neurologist who approaches patient care with a patient-centered mindset. He is skilled in treating a wide range of neurologic disorders, injuries, and degenerative conditions affecting the brain and nervous system. He grew up in Florida, attended medical school at the University of Florida, completed his neurology training at the University of Florida Jacksonville Campus, and completed additional fellowship training in Epilepsy and Clinical Neurophysiology at the University of Illinois in Chicago. Prior to earning his medical degree, Dr. Moore served eight years in the Army National Guard, including a year in convoy security operations in Afghanistan. He believes in educating patients about their diagnosis and empowering them to make informed treatment decisions.
